Where: Cottingham Theater, Columbia College, Columbia, SC - See below.
When: June 13, 2010 9:00 am - 2:30 pm Please note the date has changed due to the World Cup Schedule
Who is Qualified: All currently Registered Grade 8, 7, 6, & 5 Referees
                               (Required attendance for Region 3 Referees)
What Referees Get:  
                                National and State Instructor staff for classroom learning experiences
                               
Opportunity to meet and learn from other referees throughout the State
                                Training hours for upgrades

DIRECTIONS TO COLUMBIA COLLEGE
Cottingham Theatre

From I-77 or  I-20 Westbound:
Take I-20 West and Exit #70 (321/Fairfield Road)
Turn South (right) onto 321 and go one mile…stay in the right lane.
After one mile, 321 splits at US 21 (N. Main Street)
Take a right on US 21 and at the first light, turn left on Columbia College Drive.
Cottingham Theatre is immediately on your left after turning on Columbia College Drive.
Parking is available behind the Theatre in Lot H or in front of Arial Peale or Spears Music buildings
Do not park in reserved spaces.  After 4:30 weekdays or on weekends, parking in numbered spaces is permitted 

From I-26 or I-20 Eastbound:
Take I-20 East towards Florence.
After approximately 3 miles, take Exit 70 (Fairfield Road).
Turn South (left) onto 321 and go one mile…stay in the right lane.

Where: Tuscaloosa, AL at the facilities of the University of Alabama
When: July 8-12, 2010
Who is Qualified: Grade 8, 7, 6, & 5 Referees - at least 15 years old
What Referees Get:  Assignments to high level games
                                National Instructor staff for classroom learning experiences
                                National Assessor staff for on-field learning experiences
                               
Opportunity to meet and learn from other referees throughout the Region
                                Lodging, breakfast, lunch, and dinner while at camp
                                Transportation to and from camp on SCYSA team bus

When: July 13-18, 2010
Who is Qualified: Grade 7, 6, & 5 Referees
What Referees Get:  Assignments to high level games

                                National Assessor staff for on-field learning experiences (and assessments)
                               
Opportunity to meet and learn from other referees throughout the Region
                                Lodging and some meals while at the tournament
                                Local transportation from and to airport in Washington

Who is Qualified: Grade 7, 6, & 5 Referees and SCYSA Youth Referees of the Year
                               (All referees must have participated in an SCYSA State Cup event)
What Referees Get:  Assignments to high level games
                                National Instructor staff for classroom learning experiences
                                National and State Assessor staff for on-field learning experiences
                               
Opportunity to meet and learn from other referees throughout the Region
