You can update your contact information on US
Soccer's data base by following the directions below.
It is important that we have your correct street address, telephone numbers, and
email address so that we can contact you and send you a new badge after you
fulfill all Re-Certification requirements.
Navigate to https://www.ussoccer.info
All recertifying referees have had a USER ID and Password created for them by
the USSF.
DO NOT use the "new user" link at the US Soccer Information Systems homepage.
Please see the information below on how to determine your USER ID and Password. If you are having trouble logging into the
https://www.ussoccer.info site, please try the following:
Your User Id is
the letter "R" followed by your 16 digit USSF ID number, no dashes, no spaces.
If you do not know your USSF ID number, that information can be found on any
previous year's USSF ID card, on your recertification notification letter, or
you can call USSF Customer Service at 312-528-1214 to find that information.
Your Password was mailed to you.
If you do not know it, click on the "Forgot Password" link. On the following
screen, enter your USER ID as given above (R + USSF ID number), and your
password will be e-mailed to you at the email address you have on file. If you
have not provided a valid e-mail or do not receive the "Forgot Password" e-mail
from the USSF, please call Customer Service at 312-528-1214 and they can provide
it for you.
Please be sure to check, and correct, your contact information on the USSF data base.
