On June 26, U.S. Soccer notified the South Carolina State Referee Committee that the Board of Directors of USSF approved a new registration fee structure for 2009 for referees, instructors, assessors, and assignors to be effective July 1, 2008.  The registration fees for all of these USSF program participants increased significantly. The most notable increase in registration fees was for Assignors. USSF increased the registration fee for USSF Assignors by $90. South Carolina Assignors fees were to be increased by $90.

However, on July 8, 2008, U.S. Soccer rescinded the fee increase for Assignors. Therefore, the South Carolina State Referee Committee also rescinded the Assignor fee increase. The new SC Registration fees are posted on our web site.
